The discovery started with a meeting to listen to the client specialists. Our team had 3 designers, 2 PMs, front and backend with insurance background.

After conversations with the client and PM, I conducted a meeting to understand the different brokers user journeys.

We did 2 rounds of the Design Critique until we had a scalable project, with a Styleguide simple and strong. The Design critiques help us to review the input order, content and business requirements.

For the designing, the next product was built a process with 5 steps. Started learning about the problem, user journey. Design and validated. Handoff and documentation to developers.
