Challenge: How to use the Notification Center to increase the revenue
The first version of the notification center was designed to send order updates. In 2024, Arezzo Squad had the idea to improve the user experience on this page to increase revenue.
The revenue gain with this center after the improvements was 2,5 MI.

Design Process
I used the design thinking process to keep the users focused project and balance between business goals and development limitations.
Context
The Arezzo app has a 3MI average users/month, it's considered an opportunity to increase revenue.
Analyzing the heatmap, we noticed the users interacting with the notification page even without more information. During the validation step with developers, they discovered many technical possibilities to add in the notifications like: delete notifications, add images, tagged.
OPORTUNITS
Solution
In the suggested interface, separate the Notifications screen into two sections: Messages for promotions and Orders for order updates. Visual feedback to differentiate between seen/unseen/opened notifications.
